Sampark — patient engagement

Follow-ups from the note, sent by your desk

“Review in 2 weeks” books the slot and drafts the reminder in the patient’s language. Your desk sends it on WhatsApp.

How Sampark thinks

The right nudge, at the right moment

Sampark reads the note: who to remind, about what, and when.

Follow-ups from the note

“Review in 48 hrs with reports” becomes a reminder when the note is signed.

Visit reminders

The review is reserved on the doctor's calendar when the note is signed. A WhatsApp reminder names the time the day before. Block a day: every affected patient hears the new time the same minute.

Medication & refill nudges

Adherence check-ins and refill reminders, timed to when the medicine runs out.

The interval the doctor said

"Review in 3 days" or "follow up in 2 weeks" becomes the reminder. Longer recalls (quarterly diabetic, six-month dental) are on the roadmap and are not scheduled today.

Who to call today

Each morning: who needs a follow-up and may drop off, with reasons. The ranking learns from your clinic's visits, on your own PC.

Nothing sends itself

A person reads and sends every message. Consent is recorded at registration under the DPDP Act. Frequency caps and quiet hours are not built yet.

What patients see

A reminder in their own language

  • Context from the visit — doctor, reports to bring, token time.
  • Reply, don't queue — patients confirm or reschedule by replying.
  • Language of the home — the consultation's language, script and all.
  • Front-desk outbox — a person reads and sends each one.
  • See what went out — every message and its status, in one outbox. Linking a returned visit to its message is not built yet.
