Built since 3 September 2026 by one founder: 90 tickets shipped, more than 600 automated tests, every public number from a script in the repository.
- The scribe. Listens in twelve Indian languages, code-switching included, and drafts the note, prescription and ICD-10 code. Median 8 s on a laptop with a 6 GB GPU and an open 7B model; the correct code in 12 of 12 languages.
- Reports inform the note. The patient's recent lab reports on file go into the draft, and the note names them. A photographed report's values are read by a small OCR model for a person to check before filing.
- Claims (Bima). The signed note becomes a coded file, checked against package rules before submission; three packages built in today.
- Follow-ups (Sampark), calendar and referrals. Reminders drafted from the note in the patient's language and sent by the front desk; the review booked at signing; tests sent to the lab and tracked back.
- On the clinic's PC. Open models run locally; every clinical field is AES-256 encrypted, every access hash-chained, consent recorded under the DPDP Act.

Where we are, plainly
No paying clinics and no named pilot yet. The pilot programme is open: 14 days free in a clinic's own OPD, with real patients and full support. The first clinic that agrees to be named, and its measured numbers, will be on this page.
Three weeks, dated
- First commit: the encrypted record, the audit chain, the rules engines, the doctor and front-desk consoles.
- Twelve-language evaluation: the correct ICD-10 code in all twelve; median 8 s to a note.
- Voice evaluation of speech models on Indian languages, on the Apple GPU.
- Lab reports read from a photo, and recent reports informing the draft; reports add no measurable time.
- The first pilot clinic; then the hosted demo clinic.
